1. Artigo Premiado - XLV EnAnpad 2021 - Prêmio de Melhor Artigo - Clóvis Machado-da-Silva

From October 4th to 8th, ANPAD held the XLV EnANPAD 2021. Under the theme Inequality & Diversity: Thinking Inclusive Organizations and Societies, the event, held by videoconference, had the participation of researchers from all over the country, among them professors, graduates and students of FGV EBAPE who participated in panels, lectures and round tables, promoting debates in the administration area.

The article Gaslighting: The Art of Maddening Minority Groups in the Workplace, by FGV EBAPE professor Helio Arthur Irigaray, post-doctoral fellow Fabricio Stocker, and guest professor Rafael Cuba Mancebo was awarded in the GPR category - People Management and Labor Relations and also received the Best Article Award at the event.

The research aims to understand to what extent gaslighting actions occur in organizations with socially marginalized groups. Therefore, an empirical research was carried out, in which 37 companies of different sizes were visited, in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and 72 workers with different psychographic traits were interviewed. The study brings as managerial implications and to the theory, the discussion and reflection on how discriminatory practices have been naturalized and marginalized, not only in the field of studies, but in the organizational culture.
