Doctor in Business Administration (FGV-EAESP -2008), Master in Business Administration (PUC-Rio - 1997) and Bachelor in Economics (University Of Northern Iowa-1986) He is currently a Senior Researcher and  Professor at FGV-EBAPE, Editor-in-Chief of Cadernos EBAPE.BR. and also professor at the IMPM - International Masters Program in Practicing Management, in partnership with Lancaster University, McGill University, Yokohama National University and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Leader of the Diversity and Labor Relations track at EnANPAD and Convenor at EGOS 2022. Program Director of the postgraduate course in Administration (Post ADM) and the MBAs in Sales Strategy and in Marketing and Digital Media.
