Post-Doctor in Administration, by CEPEAD/UFMG (2020). Doctor in Human Sciences, with a concentration in Sociology, from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2008), graduated and Master in Administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2001, 2003). Associate Researcher at the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation (FUNDAJ/MEC). Author of several articles in national and international journals. Master's and doctoral advisor, he has participated and published in the main academic-scientific events in the area. Received the ANPAD Award for the best work in the area of ​​People Management and Labor Relations in 2004; won first place in 2nd. Ipea-Caixa Monographs Award, in the professional category, theme 2: Employment and Informality, IPEA/CAIXA and was selected as one of the best ad hoc evaluators (2014) and one of the best scientific editors (2019) of the Revista de Administração de Empresas (2019). RAE - EAESP/FGV). In 2016, he received an honorable mention and award nomination, for an article presented at SEMEAD, in People Management. He has developed research projects with external funding (CNPq and FACEPE). He has experience in Administration and Sociology, working mainly on the following topics: Social Inequalities, Generations and Work; Social Innovation and Public Policies.
