Ana Ligia Nunes Finamor holds a PhD from the University of León, Spain with validation from UFRGS, a Master's from UDESC/SC and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from ULBRA/RS. She has developed projects and has executive training abroad in the areas of innovation and leadership at the University of Cologne / Germany, Stanford University, European Institute of Design, London Business School, among others. She is the author of books on management and high-performance teams.

Doctor and Master in Administration from PUC-Rio and graduated in Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), with university extension in Strategy and International Marketing at University of La Verne/CA-USA, and specialization in Planning, Implementation and Management of Education at Distance (UFF).
